"Audio Data" means any data derived from or related to a User's voice or speech, including raw audio recordings, voice characteristics, pitch, cadence, tone, rhythm, speech patterns, pauses, timing, and any metrics, features, or representations extracted or derived from such recordings.
"Video Data" means any data derived from or related to visual recordings or imagery associated with a User, including facial expressions, eye movement, posture, gestures, body language, and other visual engagement indicators, whether analyzed in real time or stored for later processing.
"Behavioral Data" means information reflecting how a User interacts with the Services, including response timing, interaction patterns, usage frequency, session duration, retry behavior, engagement signals, navigation paths, and other activity-based indicators.
"Inferred Data" means information, conclusions, assessments, or characterizations generated by Nuvyo's systems based on analysis of Personal Data, User Content, Behavioral Data, Audio Data, Video Data, or other collected information. Inferred Data may include assessments related to communication style, confidence, clarity, tendencies, or other performance-related characteristics.
"Derived Data" means data created, calculated, transformed, or synthesized by Nuvyo from other data, including scores, metrics, profiles, benchmarks, categorizations, predictive indicators, and longitudinal performance representations. Derived Data is generated by Nuvyo's systems and may combine multiple data sources over time.
"Performance Analytics" means quantitative and qualitative metrics, evaluations, and insights produced by the Services to assess or describe aspects of a User's performance, progress, or improvement over time, including communication effectiveness, consistency, and response characteristics.
"Model Training Data" means data used to develop, train, fine-tune, test, evaluate, or improve Nuvyo's proprietary artificial intelligence, machine learning, and analytical models. Model Training Data may include User Content, Audio Data, Behavioral Data, Inferred Data, Derived Data, and historical interaction data, whether linked to a User account or otherwise associated with use of the Services.
"Processing" means any operation or set of operations performed on data, whether by automated or manual means, including collection, recording, organization, structuring, storage, analysis, modification, transformation, use, disclosure, retention, and deletion.
"Service Providers" means third-party entities that perform services or functions on Nuvyo's behalf and may process data in connection with providing infrastructure, hosting, analytics, security, customer support, or other operational services necessary to deliver the Services.

This may include raw audio recordings of your responses, as well as information about your voice characteristics and speech patterns.
